I was there for 6 nights and will come back. Great hotel, I really enjoyed its very central location next to the Coliseum, Pantheon, Vatican city, Trevi Fountain as well as Rome's main attractions. The staff was amazingly great, and the service was helpful.

We had four rooms. rooms are clean, comfortable enough beds. excellent location. staff is friendly. good breakfasts. cozy hotel atmosphere. its zest and flavor. 3 links have a hair dryer, towels change daily. Lingerie is changed in a couple of days. comfortable pillows (and there is a choice). large bed in a 2-bed room is very comfortable. in single rooms, well, very small space, everything is new. people did not complain of crowding. looks like a large compartment. We haven't watched TV. There's no Russian channels. All day long on the run, so TV doesn't matter. internet works well.
We did not like the bathrooms. they require urgent repairs. tiles and plumbing in the village are old, there are walls in the fungus. in some rooms the water comes with a low pressure, my children went to wash in my big room, in the big room, where a small bathroom is not a shower, water is fine, condition of the bathroom leaves much to be desired. everything is clean. very old. it is necessary to connect 1-2 Russian channels to the TV.

close to the historical centre of Rome. You can go on foot to the emblematic places of the city (Coliseum, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Espana.. facilities were good, more than enough for this type of visit, you go to Rome you are in the hotel just the right time to rest. room is semi-reformed, cleaning is good every day. breakfast was quite good, I read comments from people complaining about the variety, it must be that in their houses they have a butler who serves them hot and freshly made dishes, there was a little bit of everything and it was a buffet, more than enough to charge the batteries and go out and have a good walk around Rome.
To put it bluntly, the room was renovated (arranged to be comfortable, so to speak) but they lacked a touch of the bathroom perhaps.

good dense breakfast, good comfortable bed, clean, cushion soft and pillow hard, closet good, lift. warm. I slept at +1C outside under a sheet and with an open window. tight curtains. Comfortable to sleep. close to the subway, sightseeing bus stop, many restaurants, stores, opera house. All within walking distance.
The fridge in the room did not work, three times asked him to fix it and no results, there was no kettle and glasses, poorly regulated water in the shower, cold or hot, there is no shelf where you can put soap and shampoo in the shower and a stinking laminated curtain in the shower, which did not dry.

Location. Easy access to many attractions. Colosseum in general is in 15 minutes. Termini Station is less than 10 minutes away by foot. There are many souvenir points with inexpensive magnets in the street where the hotel is located. There is a supermarket around the corner where you can buy cooked food for a little money. It was not possible to come 2 hours before the check-in Genius bonus, room was not ready, it did not take long to wait. bed is big and comfortable. bed's clean. bathroom is warm, lots of clean towels, there is a bidet, all kinds of gels / shampoos / soap in bags, there is a bidet. first season of Doctor, who in English was shown on TV :D The staff is very courteous. There is a real concierge who opens the doors and brings your suitcases to your room. design and furnishings in the hotel lobby and room are pleasant to the eye. good hotel and good staff deserve to stay there for more than one night. price corresponds to the quality.
Wi-Fi wasn't great, otherwise I don't see any big joints for that price.

Clean room, helpful staff, great location. The room was tidy and had all necessary amenities including Wi-Fi, and I particularly appreciated how close the metro station was for easy access to major attractions.
Absolutely satisfied.

Close to Roma Termini Station
Area was rather seedy and the maintenance of the facilities was done on the cheap. No hot water on first and second floor rooms. Management not good enough for the price of the hotel.

The location was perfect, just 5 minutes from the railway station and close to major attractions like the colosseum. The staff were super friendly and helpful. If you can, request a front room on the 4th floor with a balcony. It's wonderful!

Close to the main sights for tourists in Rome.
Cleaning of the rooms could be better as there was dust residing in a few places... even with daily housekeeping...
